More than a developer: a CTO who turns your idea into an app that ships to production.

iOS and Android apps from a single Flutter codebase — backend, infrastructure and store releases included. Six years freelance, thirty-six missions.

Shipped products, not prototypes.

Legal, health, energy, marketplaces. Always the same requirement: an app that real users open every day.

The SaaS that digitises hearing stand-ins between lawyers

Co-founded with Me Huron, a lawyer at the Grenoble Bar who anchors the legal side; I own the product and the code end to end. A lawyer who cannot attend posts the hearing, a colleague accepts it within minutes, and the assignment is tracked and paid inside the app.

The app behind America’s leading cat-sitting marketplace

An existing mobile product taken over, then a v2 rebuilt from scratch inside an international team — shoulder to shoulder with the backend developers, and mentoring a junior Flutter developer along the way. A two-sided marketplace: owners looking for a sitter on one side, sitters running their business on the other.

Acquired in January 2026 by Rover, the world leader in pet care.

  • Owner side: geolocated search, booking funnel, live chat
  • Sitter side: service areas, availability, earnings tracking
  • Passwordless authentication with OTP codes and OAuth
  • Google Maps and FCM push notifications

The fuel card for electric vehicles

548 pieces of equipment tracked, scanned by QR code

The production studio manages its equipment from a back office and a mobile app: every item is scanned, booked and returned — and nobody hunts for a converter in the corridors any more.

Services

Three ways to work together.

What they have in common: I own the technical decisions end to end, and I tell you no when an idea costs more than it earns.

MVP from scratch

Your idea becomes a testable app in a matter of weeks

Product framing, architecture, iOS and Android development, backend, release on the App Store and Play Store. One person, from the first workshop to the first install.

Deliverable: an app in the hands of real users.

Takeover or audit

An existing app put back on the rails

An honest diagnosis of an inherited codebase: what holds up, what has to be rewritten, what it costs. Then the execution, if you want to hand it to me.

Deliverable: less technical debt, a clear technical roadmap.

Team reinforcement

A Flutter lead embedded in your squad

Lead or senior developer inside your team: architecture, code review, levelling up the developers already in place, shipping at the pace of your sprints.

Deliverable: a team that moves faster after I leave than before I arrived.

Stack

One person, from the first screen to the monitoring.

A single Flutter codebase produces both apps, iOS and Android. You pay for one development, not two — and one fix ships on both sides at once.

Background

Engineer first, entrepreneur second.

Portrait of Baptiste Seux.

Engineering degree from Grenoble INP — PHELMA, then ENSIMAG. Six years freelance on mobile products and, since 2024, co-founder and CTO of LEXARO.

An engineering education does not show in an application. It shows in the decisions that come before it: what you model, what you automate, what you refuse to build right now. That is what I bring on top of the code.

Building LEXARO put me on the other side of the table: invoicing, compliance, infrastructure costs, roadmap trade-offs. When you hand me a development budget, I also know what it represents for you.
